Product Owner /Program Manager in Customer Engagement tribe

Join us as a Program Manager in our Customer Engagement tribe in Danske Bank’s Personal Customers business unit, and spearhead a pivotal role in leading a hugely impactful digital transformation of our new CRM
system that will enable the banks delivery of the Forward´28 strategy, changing the way we serve our customers.
We are seeking a dedicated Product Owner to take the Program Manager role in the squad that will orchestrate the CRM transformation across the Tribe, Personal customers, software vendors and system integrators. In this role, you will lead the execution office of the future advisor tooling.


As a Product Owner in our transformation squad, you will:
  • With other CRM involved squads define and initiate the transformation plan of the CRM Saa S
  • Develop, maintain, and prioritize OKRs and reporting on OKRs to ensure value realisation, high quality rollout and timely adoption support.
  • Lead and build your squad, ensuring alignment with the tribe’s goals and removing impediments to focus on achieving strategic outcomes.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across other squads and business units to gather insights and address implementation pain points.
  • Ensure compliance and oversee risk assessments pertaining to new tools and processes to ensure timely delivery of transformation
Cultivate a collaborative and empowering environment for team members to thrive and deliver innovative solutions.

To succeed on your role as a product owner:
You are a great relationship builder, who can navigate on both strategic and operational levels. You are an innovative and entrepreneurial leader - and truly customer-centric with great power to create value by aligning business and IT in delivering great products & solutions – though not having the HR leader role. We expect you possess:
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Program Manager, particularly in CRM, digital services or solution development.
  • A deep understanding of Saas transformation projects, combined with a passion for enhancing customer experience.
  • Strong domain knowledge and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • A transparent, curious approach to collaboration, with a readiness to take initiative, value feedback, and challenge norms when necessary.
  • The ability to link strategic goals to operational execution, ensuring that every project delivers tangible business value.
Visionary leadership skills, with a robust commitment to fulfilling the strategic objectives of both the Tribe and your squad.

The position requires great communication skills in English and Danish, both written and spoken.


You will be part of the cross-functional Customer Engagement tribe, which includes more than 10 squads working on various digital customer and advisor solutions. This role offers the chance to work in an international setting with team members located across Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, and India. Your contributions will directly impact the way our customers interact with their finances, providing them with a seamless and comprehensive banking experience.
