As Product Management System Management you will support our customers and internal teams in the use of innovative connectivity solutions and IT products and thus actively contribute to customer satisfaction!

Your impact

• Customer Support:
  • Assist customers with smart climate products, including Vi Care and Vi Guide.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, router problems, Solarlog, Zigbee protocol).
  • Support Modbus connections to customer BMS systems.
  • Conduct site visits to assist customers when remote support is insufficient.
• Training:
  • Train TD employees and service technicians on connectivity systems and products.
  • Provide training for customers on Viessmann connectivity solutions.
• IT Support:
  • Install software on laptops and support colleagues with IT issues (e.g., IP phones, laptops).
  • Help connect Apple devices to Viessmann systems.
• Product Development:
  • Stay updated on new smart climate products and systems entering the Danish market.

Who you are

You're known for having high technical skills with attention to detail and the will to make others' day easier. In order to ensure that you will be a successful Connectivity Expert, you also have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• IT skills or a willingness to learn about IT products and systems.
• Ability to develop expertise in Viessmann system components and connectivity systems.
• Experience in customer support or technical support is a plus.
• A proactive, extroverted approach to customer interaction.
