- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori specialties, and traditional bread like rotis.
- Design and develop innovative menus that showcase the diversity of Indian cuisine while considering local preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices at all times, adhering to relevant health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on Indian cooking techniques, recipe execution, and menu development.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a chef, with a specialization in Indian cuisine.
- Previous experience working in an Indian restaurant in denmark setting is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
