GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:
The Aloha Cloud (
https://docs.ncr.com/restaurant/aloha-cloud/about/overview
) team works on NCR Voyix's Point of Sale product that enables restaurant staff to service customers at their table with an online connection to the cloud back office, improving ordering precision and speed of service while reducing operation costs.
For this position we are looking for a candidate who would help our colleagues focused on Aloha Cloud back-office development. You would develop mainly in C# and MSSQL for the back-office APIs and additionally in Type Script and React for the configuration tool.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with other developers to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance new software solutions
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and testing
- Continually stay up to date with industry changes and bring new concepts to your team
- Communicate with product owners, customers, and business stakeholders concerning the team’s work
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Experience with C# (.NET)
- Experience with ASP .NET API
- Experience with MSSQL or willing to learn
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
- Experience with agile concepts, especially Scrum
- Familiarity with React and Type Script or willing to learn
