Thales in the Czech Republic employs over 400 people from 45 different nationalities. A total of 15 teams work on projects for government agencies, banking, mobile services and the Internet Of Things (Io T) technology. We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and improving the Agile processes and practices across our software development teams. As a Scrum Master, you will ensure that the team adheres to Scrum methodologies, facilitates communication and collaboration, and removes any impediments to the team's progress.
Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Coach team members on Agile values and principles to promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and communicated.
• Monitor team performance and Agile metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
• Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts to ensure the team meets its delivery commitments.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation related to Agile processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Previous experience in software development or a related technical field.
• Advanced Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP or CSP.
