The Role

As a Recruiter at Baker Hughes, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage end-to-end processes. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.
This is a hybrid position, with working on site in Pilsen 2-3 days a week.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from candidate review to offer, for open positions based in Pilsen, the Czech Republic
• Facilitating the interview, selection and offer process
• Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through excellent planning and delivery
• Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities
• Ensuring great Candidate and Hiring Manager's experience
• Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
• Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives

Skills & Experience

You’ll need to demonstrate:

• 2-3 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally for blue-collar roles in the Czech market
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Well-developed organizing and administrative skills
• Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases, and ATS
• Detail-oriented and can-do approach
• Business fluency in Czech and English, both spoken and written is required
• Fluency in German is a great asset
