Your future challenges:

• Leading the discovery process to fully understand customer needs, problems and market and industry trends;
  
• Prioritizing product features to optimize development resources and guide Project Managers for sprint planning;
  
• Preparing new initiatives in cooperation with a Business Analyst and a Solution Architect;
  
• Ensuring that the product delivers a great user experience by collaborating closely with a Product Designer;
  
• Supporting a Project Manager and a development team during the delivery process;
  
• Defining and communicating product priorities, timelines, and updates to internal stakeholders (executives, department heads);
  
• Helping to shape a company's product vision and strategy;
  
• Monitoring and analyzing product performance to ensure that the business objectives are achieved;

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or a Product Owner;
• Experience in developing functional and technical requirements / describing user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
• Previous experience managing internal and external stakeholders;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Attention to detail;
• English at a min. B2 level;
• Work in a hybrid model in Prague or Warsaw;
• Residence in the Czech Republic or Poland;
• Additional advantage in case of having a previous experience with:
  • integrating 3rd party solutions, systems and tools (understanding of APIs, etc.);
  • fintech products and Financial institutions or Payment Service Provider companies.
