KOMPAN is seeking a highly experienced .NET Developer to join an agile team of senior developers, with offices located at our production / logistic facility in Brno, CZ. The team is focusing mainly on the development and maintenance of unique sales tools for our growing markets around the globe. This includes frontend applications, backend services and integrations with various systems across our platform as well as with 3rd-party solutions.
The main technologies in our actively developed systems are the latest versions of .NET, ASP.NET Core, EF Core and Blazor, with some integrations to Azure service stack. We’ve recently kick-started a project of replacing a legacy Angular JS frontend application with .NET 9 Blazor full-stack solution. Are you interested in? Find out more!

What are the daily responsibilities?

• Discuss software specification and prioritization with developers and IT specialists
• Develop new features and fix software bugs
• Discuss business requirements with project managers and application owners
• Maintain software documentation
• Manage and monitor CI/CD pipelines
• Perform data migrations and bulk updates as required
• Continuous Learning

You will be a part of Group IT department with members in both DK and CZ, and you will have close interaction with local management and staff. Travel days may occur for training purposes in DK as well as to international projects in Europe and US.

Our requirements for the position?
You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development as your primary role and 5 years of experience with Visual Studio and .NET technologies. You should be comfortable with problem solving and have strong analytical and software debugging skills. You are proactive with an ability to prioritize efforts and multitask in a fast-paced environment and an appetite to learn and expand your programming skill sets. You also have strong interpersonal skills, as you will work closely with users, colleagues and fellow developers. Finally, you have a good command of English and you are located in Czech republic with good knowledge of CZ language as well.

• Experience with any of the programming languages in .NET family, preferably C#
• Knowledge of .NET Framework or .NET architecture
• Knowledge of web technologies, such as ASP.NET Core, Blazor, MAUI, Signal R, g RPC, HTML, CSS, JS
• Microsoft Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code or another .NET IDE
• Knowledge of database and storage technologies, such as Azure SQL, Azure Blob Storage, MSSQL Server, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, etc.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tech, such as Azure Dev Ops with YAML, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure App Services, etc.
