✔ Are you experienced in Machine Learning (ML) and Data Science (DS)?

✔ Are you excited about designing data science solutions, understanding client needs, and participating in their delivery?

What we expect from you:

2+ years of experience in machine learning and data science.
Expertise in designing and implementing data science and Generative AI (Gen AI) use cases such as customer segmentation, personalization, clustering, time series analysis, dynamic pricing, and demand forecasting.
Ability to lead smaller projects or project teams effectively.
Strong communication and presentation skills — you will be a trusted partner to clients, with a proactive and analytical approach, capable of breaking down complex problems and thinking outside the box.
Previous experience in ML/DS coding (Python) and familiarity with Cloud technologies.
Interest in the e-commerce industry.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
Czech citizenship.

Your future role

Work on unique ML/DS projects for global e-commerce and retail companies across Europe.
Deliver data science and Gen AI projects from start to finish.
Engage in client-facing activities, including initial meetings with clients to understand their business needs, participating in solution design, and preparing proposals.
Lead end-to-end project delivery — managing project implementation, organizing the team (2-5 people), conducting quality reviews, and providing status updates to both the team and clients.
Collaborate with the international AI & Data team, which includes experts in various fields.
