Job Description
Key purpose is development & implementation of digital training methods & tools according to identified, expressed or future customer needs to ensure best customer learning experience.
What you can look forward to as e Learning Program Manager / Instructional Designer?:
What you can look forward to as e Learning Program Manager / Instructional Designer?:
- E-learning creation as an instructional designer.
- Value creation for customers and supporting ZF Aftermarket business strategies.
- Plan number of modules and types of digital training offered based on Voice of Customer & Voice of Business.
- Plan, prepare and organize successful Digital Learning program and platform.
- Investigate new innovative training models or tools.
- Integration of ZF learning platform into the digital concept of ZF solution hub.
- Manage external resources to develop training programs.
- Experience in creating robust digital learning programs.
- Know-How about Learning platforms, You Tube, social media, didactic and training methods around digital training.
- Experience in Salesforce and/or Docebo is a plus.
- Experience in data analytics.
- Experience as facilitator in Webinars.
- Customer oriented with commercial mindset.
- Curiosity, constant learning and self-development.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Limited contract 01/2025-05/2026.
- Annual performance bonus.
- 25 vacation days/year.
