We are looking for a motivated sales representative with a focus on sales and care of existing NKT customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In this position you will be responsible for offering and selling our products, dealing with assigned customers, resolving business cases and coordinating with internal teams (Customer Service Center, Project Management, Marketing, Logistics). You will also be responsible for customer satisfaction and regular market analysis and developing customer relationships.
Main tasks

• Proactively sell products in the assigned segment and meet established sales targets.
• Analyzing the competitive environment in terms of pricing and sales strategies.
• Building and maintaining long term relationships with customers with the aim of becoming their preferred supplier.
• Supporting new product launches and improving the product portfolio.
• Working with colleagues across departments to successfully execute business cases.
• Adhering to safety standards in the performance of work and during business travel.

Requirements

• Education: minimum of a high school education.
• Professional Experience: Experience in sales in domestic and international markets, report writing; knowledge of marketing strategies is an advantage.
• Language skills: Active knowledge of English.
• Technical skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, experience with SAP ERP system an advantage.
• Personal qualities: Analytical thinking ability, independence, strong goal orientation, communicative, trustworthy and ability to lead and inspire colleagues.
