General information
As part of our growth strategy, Hitachi Energy is expanding its Czech operations.
To support this project we are looking for an experienced HRBP project manager to lead and execute a comprehensive site relocation project (within the same business park). This role will manage all phases of the project, from planning and communication to execution and post-move evaluation, ensuring a seamless transition for employees and compliance with organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, human resources, and change management, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams.
The HR Transformation Manager will also provide his/her expertise to support the site HR team. This position will be based in Brno, Czech Republic and report to the HR Business Partner, Operations.

Your responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement a detailed project plan, timeline, and budget for the site relocation.
Stakeholder Management and Communication: Serve as the main contact for relocation matters, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Employee Engagement and Change Management: Assess employee needs, develop change management strategies, and support employees during the transition.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations, and manage project risks.
Project Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the physical and logistical aspects of the relocation, and monitor project progress.
Post-Relocation Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-move assessments, report on pro-ject outcomes, and identify areas for improvement.
Support to HR Team: Implement HR processes, deliver HR solutions, and advise on employee and labor re-lations.
Communication and Updates: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and progress.

Your background

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Law, or related field.
8+ years of HR business partnering, HR generalist or similar experience
Experience, preferably with exposure to large-scale relocations or similar projects, knowledge
Strong Change Management skills & influencing.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes and employee relations.
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Structured with excellent time management skills.
