Job description
We are seeking an experienced Data Project Manager with expertise in Business Intelligence and the SAS tool to support business development in Central Europe.
Responsibilities :
Data Model Development:
Understand the business intelligence system (ORACLE) shared by the entities
Diagnose the current state based on initiatives from Cofidis Czech Republic and Cofidis Hungary
Specify industrialization needs for IT teams
Design a common data model (DWH, Datamart) with community indicators and data preparation
Collaborate with IT teams to adjust the model
Draft detailed functional specifications for implementation by the Data Factory
Prepare the data catalog and business glossary for the META-ANALYSIS tool
Project Management:
Facilitate relationships with IT teams dedicated to business intelligence systems
Understand project manager interventions and specify changes in the business intelligence system
Promote community aspects between entities and implement data components in project governance
Organize data projects within the framework of external growth projects in Hungary
Prepare quarterly resource prioritization committees with the Data Factory
Support and Reporting:
Draft common business requirements documents for tools to be implemented
Pilot tool deployment with the Data Factory
Report to the SYNERGIE data department and escalate alerts to EISEC Data governance bodies
Travel Requirements:
Travel to other entities, mainly in Hungary, during the diagnostic phase and for local project implementation
Occasional trips to France for coordination with the SYNERGIE Data Department and immersion with the Data Office
Your Profile:
You have over 2 years of programming experience with the SAS tool
You have advanced skills in business intelligence and data modeling (DWH, Datamart) and in Data Management
You have desired skills in BO and Qlik Sense; Python is useful
You're curious and proactive in proposing solutions and autonomous with strong organizational skills
Pedagogical and a facilitator of transformation and change, you're capable of managing multiple subjects with perseverance and dynamism
Teamplayer, you can demonstrate leadership to achieve group objectives and adapt strategies to data and resource constraints
You're proficient in English; French is a plus
