We are looking for an Application Administrator for a client from a prestigious banking environment. The role involves responsibilities in monitoring, security, and documentation.

You will actively use:

Experience with Linux system administration, including command-line operations and system service management
Open Shift
Understanding of Postgre SQL databases, including query optimization
Hands-on experience with deploying and managing containerized applications and databases using tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Basic programming skills (e.g., scripting in Bash, Python, or other relevant languages)
Knowledge of Dev Ops processes

Your responsibilities will include:

Analyzing data from databases
Managing the deployment, configuration, and administration of containerized or VM-oriented applications
Providing support and maintenance of systems, including installing updates and resolving issues
Creating and implementing scripts to automate routine tasks and streamline application and database management processes
Collaborating with developers to optimize applications and database schemas with a focus on performance and scalability
Creating and maintaining technical documentation and reports on the status of databases and applications, including incidents and resolutions
