- Taking over responsibility for the day-to-day financial/ accounting transactions
- Driving the implementation of local financial processes
- Coordinating and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP
- Working cross-functionally with HR and other departments
- Participating in challenging international finance projects
- Providing support and expertise to our boutiques in Prague
- Internal communication with the Paris headquarters and close cooperation with German colleagues within our zone
- Contributing your own suggestions and project work
YOUR PROFILE:
- University degree in business administration, accounting, a related field or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in a comparable position
- Professional experience in finance and accounting with international accounting standards (IFRS)
- Proficiency in using accounting and financial software, knowledge of AX Dynamics or Navision would be an asset
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Team player with positive attitude, flexibility and stress resistance
- Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity
- Fluent communication skills in Czech and English; Polish, German or French would be a plus
- Proficiency in handling MS-Office
