- Single Point of Contact for NAM business to provide guidance on T&E processes and policies, including standard support activities for internal customers
- General functional expert with responsibility for T&E processes and the delivery of services within his/her team
- Plans and carries out activities within the jurisdiction of the position to ensure prompt payment to employees for valid expenses
- Act as a single point of contact to provide guidance to internal customers on T&E processes and policies and resolve queries from internal customers
- Facilitate the efficient use of the Concur system
- Strive for compliance of T&E policy
- Perform standard support activities, review queries for all relevant process areas
- Conduct research for existing tickets, resolve and send resolutions back to requester where possible or escalate tickets and inform users on lead times
- Identify potential problems and/ or delays in resolution and notify internal customer
- Drive continuous improvement in T&E operations developing ideas and recommendations based on most common issues
- Create and maintain up to date desktop procedures for Expense Management end to end process

- University degree or equivalent experience, preferable in accounting or business.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
