Education Background: 教育背景
- Bachelor degree major in mechanical and automation engineering, electrical or similar field. 机械工程、自动化工程、电气工程或相关学科大专毕业或以上学历
- Education or training in GMP and LEAN. 接受过GMP规则和LEAN相关培训
- Excellent English skill in written and spoken. 熟练的英语听说读写技能。
Professional Experience专业经验:
- Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in manufacturing factory. Prefer clean room or aseptic area experience.至少5-8年生产制造企业工作经验，最好有无菌环境的经验。
- Experience of equipment maintenance in aseptic process of c GMP regulated pharmaceutical industry. c GMP规范的制药厂无菌生产流程的设备维护经验。
- Deep understanding of DFP standards.深刻理解DFP相关标准。
- Proven expertise and experience in process improvement, optimization, problem solving. 具备流程改进、优化、解决问题的专业知识和经验。
Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:
take charge of AP equipment maintenance, ensuring AP equipment running stable and high performance. Act as SME of maintenance to ensure compliance and share knowledge to employees. Drive standardization and improvement。负责无菌生产设备维护，确保无菌生产设备稳定高效地运行。作为维修过程专家确保合规，以及培训员工，推动标准化和改进。
Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:
- Act as process owner, drive maintenance process improvement in Site Tianjin and across DFP.作为设备维修的工艺流程负责人，在天津工厂以至于DFP范围内推动工艺改进。
- Ensure daily support and sparring to production units and support units within the process area 确保对日常生产的工艺支持
- Participate in validation, technology transfer and process improvements 参与验证活动、技术转移和工艺改进
