Base salary: negotiable (100% in winter and summer vacation)
Housing allowance: 3k per month including summer and winter vacation
Vacation: Depends on school calendar, normally about 2 months each year

Working Hours:
Maximum 40 Working hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am-17:30pm(1.5hrs break during lunch )
5 working days per week, 2 days off
Occasional work outside normal hours with advanced notice including weekends for some open house or end of semester events.
