Su papel

Responsible for achieving the sales budget of designated key clients through development of new business (current and/or potential customers) in Chile. Execute with excellence the sales planning and projection. Plan, monitor, and exceed goals, while defining strategies in alignment with the company's sales system.

Develop business plans and lead the commercial strategy for key accounts in Chile, as well as for direct customers and service providers . 2.Develop annual budgets and sales forecasts for each client to manage inventories and prevent obsolete stock. 3.Calculate price proposals and negotiate contracts for clients in accordance with the division's profitability guidelines and based on the business potential. 4.- Responsible for the pre-sales processes and post-sales follow-up, in coordination with Customer Service, to assess service and determine the best delivery option for customer requests, ensuring that the designated accounts are functioning seamlessly in all aspects, understanding that you are fully responsible for them within a Quality System established by the company. 5.Analyze the sales report of your clients, assessing profitability in terms of sales volumes by product, category, customer. Additionally, identify the level of sales difficulty when comparing sales current and previous year, evaluate the strengths of the competition in each of them, and pinpoint sales declines in order to implement actionable strategies. 6.Calculate and update prices with the margins specified by the division's policy to ensure and enhance business profitability, while also ensuring that new projects align with the company's strategy.

Su perfil

Between 8 and 10 years of experience in sales. Advanced English and Spanish. Proven experience in sales, preferably in similar segments. Required knowledge in negotiation and sales techniques and intermediate understanding of finance. Desirable knowledge: Ingredients and Flavors market. Basic knowledge in support areas such as supply chain, manufacturing, quality control, marketing, procurement, and research and development.
