The Opportunity

The Reporting Analyst we are seeking has 2-4 years of experience and will be responsible for creating reports for our clients. They will have the ability to analyze and present data to help the organization make decisions. The ideal candidate has experience with querying systems using SQL and using reporting tools to analyze the data. They should be able to manage their time independently and collaborate with resources throughout the company. They will report directly to the Operations and Maintenance Manager.
What you Will do

• Query many different data systems.
• Create adhoc reports for customers and internal staff.
• Monitor a set of queries and determine any anomalies that may stand out.
• Create analytical tools to review contextual data with operations.
• Supports the identification, review, and resolution of security risks.
• Maintain queries for security support.
• Communicate results to the appropriate party.

Requirements: What you Will Need to Succeed

• 2-4 years experience in security based reporting
• Strong exposure to writing SQL statements
• Ability to analyze and present data in an accurate and concise way presentable to external clients
• Experience with JIRA and/or Salesforce is a plus
