We are seeking an experience Restoration Technician with a variety of home improvement skills to join our team and support the growth of our business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Emergency response to flood, fire, downed trees, wind and hail damage.
• Removal of carpets, drywall, and other household materials.
• Familiarity with drying equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.
• Equipment set-up, monitoring, taking moisture readings and accurate documentation
• Manipulation of contents, cleaning, moving, carrying, packaging, labelling
• Knowledge and experience in the restoration and construction industries is an asset

Job Requirements:
· Legally eligible to work in Canada
· Valid and clean driver’s license
· Ability to climb ladders, enter crawl spaces, lift heavy loads (50 lbs)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Demonstrate a professional approach to working with clients.
· Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
· Good communication ability, well-organized and apt in problem-solving.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week

• 8-10 hour shifts (typical, but varies)

Licence/Certification:

• Ontario Driver's License (preferred)
• IICRC WRT Certification (considered an asset)
