The RBC Dominion Securities Branch located in Oakville is looking for a Relationship Manager to join the Sheridan Wealth Management team. This is a fast-paced, Council team looking for someone capable in maintaining, developing and growing a business by providing clients exceptional service in an efficient and professional manner. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years experience in a relationship manager role.

What will you do?

• Establish relationships with existing and new high net worth individuals, families & business owners
  
• Leverage your investment and relationship strategies to create customized wealth management services for clients
  
• Foster trusted, often multi-generational, long-term relationships using personalized service and advice
  
• Establish and maintain reciprocal relationships with RBC partners such as Personal & Commercial Banking, Insurance, etc.
  

What do you need to succeed?
Must Have

• 10 years experience in a relationship manager role.
  
• CSC, CPH & WME
  
• Organizational and Time Management to meet deadlines for meetings and presentations.
  
• Self-confidence and demonstrated ability to persuade
  
• Excellent presentation skills
  
• Investment Industry and sales experience
  

Nice to Have

• Financial Planning Experience
