Product Developer, Colleague Solutions, Brampton, ON
In this role, you will be part of a self-motivated and well-respected team members, driving the strategic direction of Colleague Solutions. As a Product Developer, you will be required to develop new features and support daily maintenance for Azure Web Application.
What You’ll Do:
-
Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise application. You will collaborate with diverse agile teams (i.e., Infrastructure, Information Security, System/Application Development Teams, and external partners/vendors) to assist with the implementation of complex innovative features.

Maintain our high-quality code base by following best coding practices, improving test coverage, automation, and general code quality.

Identifying and diagnosing deficiencies related to systems, coding, and infrastructure, and work with other team members to develop creative solutions for mitigation.

Design and implement reusable application components and solutions.
-
Must have collaborative approach to working with tech and business stakeholders.
What you Bring:
-
Hands on experience with software engineering, computer science, computer engineering or related technical field.
-
Demonstrated success as a product developer.
-
Proven experience with C#, .Net, Share Point, and Azure Web Development.
-
Blend of both Development and SRE mindset (i.e. software and infrastructure)
-
Comfort with software development cycle and Dev Ops deployment.
