We are seeking a Material coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will be be responsible for a broad range of duties relating to inventory handling and processing of material. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your expertise will directly impact production efficiency.

What You Will Do:

• Performs a variety of manual/administrative tasks associated with inventory control, stockroom, kitting, expediting and shipping and receiving operations in accordance with established procedures.
  
• Receives, checks, stores, issues and ships a variety of items and maintains inventory control.
  
• Uses assistance and/or powered mechanical means (such as forklifts) to load, unload, store and deliver a variety of incoming and outgoing material.
  
• Prepares and packages small and large parts using proper procedures and materials.
  
• Coordinate the packaging, labeling, and shipping of materials to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  
• Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices.
  
• Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure that shipped materials are accurately accounted for and prepared for dispatch.
  
• Processes purchase orders for spare tooling and materials.
  
• Reviews, checks, and analyzes data within ERP system.
  
• Oversees parts preparation, material handling, measuring and packaging equipment; records calibration logs of tools and equipment.
  
• Performs operator preventative maintenance tasks and refers major breakdowns to machine maintenance.
  
• Oversees inventory and checks for accuracy.
  
• Maintains contact with personnel from various customers and supports areas to ensure accuracy of material/process.
  
• Uses assorted measuring and weight recording devices.
  
• Keeps equipment and surrounding areas neat and clean.
  
• Performs related duties as required within the scope of this job function.
  

Qualifications You Must Have:

• HS Diploma. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required.
  
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
  

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Prior experience working within a manufacturing environment.
  
• Prior experience in a materials or inventory control role.
