• Assist with National Corporate BD campaigns

• Assist with presentation updates
• Market research (as needed basis)
• Assist with Resume updates
• Other administrative tasks as required include but not limited to credit card reconciliation, preparing courier transmittals, tradeshows area organization.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an Inbound Call Centre environment preferred.
• Business Administration or Marketing Degree or Diploma, or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and internet platforms; specifically including Excel, advanced Word, Power Point, and Outlook
• Previous work experience in a marketing or related role is an asset
• Previous work experience with Share Point, Canva and In Design would be considered an asset
• Excellent organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation)
• Problem solving and creative thinking
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team
• Able to multi-task and prioritize projects
• Understanding of the environmental engineering consulting industry or a professional service industry would be considered an asset
