Position Summary

As the Manager, Medical Esthetics Program, you will play a pivotal role in the successful development, launch, and delivery of Hanson’s Medical Esthetics Program. This role combines program management, instructional leadership, and hands-on teaching responsibilities to ensure students receive a high-quality education and practical training.

What You Will Do:
  • Oversee the program's day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for the Medical Esthetics Program, ensuring compliance with industry and accreditation standards.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard qualified instructors to support the program.
  • Provide leadership, training, and professional development opportunities for instructors.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of instructors to maintain program quality.
  • Deliver engaging and effective lectures, demonstrations, and practical training in medical esthetics procedures.
  • Provide mentorship and academic support to students, ensuring their success in both theoretical and practical components.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance, offering constructive feedback to support learning and development.
  • Address student inquiries, concerns, and challenges related to the program.
  • Coordinate student clinical or practical training placements with industry partners.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Admissions team to promote the program to prospective students.
  • Represent the Medical Esthetics Program at recruitment events, career fairs, and industry conferences.
  • Contribute to the development of promotional materials and campaigns for the program.


What You Will Bring:

  • A minimum of a post-secondary diploma or certificates in Esthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in post-secondary education or training is highly desirable.
  • 1+ years of experience in the medical esthetics industry, including hands-on practice and teaching/training.
  • Prior experience in program management or leadership within a private career college or similar educational institution is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and advancements in esthetics.
  • Experience with program development, accreditation processes, and curriculum design.
  • Strong teaching and instructional skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on team collaboration and program development.
  • Familiarity with private career college regulations and accreditation standards.
