GMS Canada is looking for several experienced iron workers for a long-term project in Tumbler Ridge, BC. This position will last through 2024 and likely will offer potential for work in the area into 2025. To gain consideration for these positions, candidates must be an experienced iron worker. These positions will require the ability to work long hitches away from home, most often working 5, 6, or 7 days per week - standard OT hours paid.
These positions will require extensive welding, iron worker work, steel erecting, and laboring at times. We are considering local candidates along with candidates interested in traveling to the area - LOA & housing options available for those who need it. We are looking to fill these positions as quickly as possible, but we must have them filled by mid-late May 2024.
