Are you looking to show off your sales expertise and grow within a sponsorship sales team for one of the biggest tech channels on You Tube? Linus Media Group (LMG) is on the lookout for a proactive Account Lead to drive our sponsor segues. With over 16 million subscribers on our main You Tube channel, Linus Tech Tips, and millions across our secondary channels, you’ll have no shortage of creative and exciting partnerships to help execute. Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, you’ll work with clients to broker sponsored projects, focus on driving sponsorship sales, and support day-to-day production operations related to sponsorships.

As an Account Lead, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Duties:

• Manage an existing portfolio of sponsorship partners by prospecting, coordinating, and executing sponsored projects
  
• Relay brand requirements for sponsored projects interdepartmentally, including expectations, scope, deliverables, and timelines to ensure dedicated videos and integrations are produced successfully
  
• Enter and maintain client notes and accounting data into our CRM, monday.com
  
• Build and sustain sponsor relationships by regularly following up, handling all communications through platforms such as email, phone calls, and online meetings
  
• Drive additional sponsorship sales through outreach and net new partnerships
  
• Assess and capitalize on inbound sponsorship opportunities
  

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and connect with others
  
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a knack for prioritizing and managing tasks to meet deadlines
  
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently
  
• Positive and proactive mindset eager to take on challenges with enthusiasm
  

Assets:

• Previous experience in a digital marketing or influencer marketing agency
  
• Passion for You Tube content with an understanding of how sponsorships are typically executed on the platform
  
• Working knowledge of monday.com
  
• Experience in business-to-business sales and account management
  

Compensation:
For this position, the typical hiring salary range falls between CAD $65,000 and $70,000 per year. The base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills and experience. LMG's compensation structure is rooted in a performance and merit-based approach that acknowledges the performance of both the individual and the team.
