Role Summary
A Retail Customer Service Representative, will act as a liaison, provide services and resolve any emerging problems that our retail customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.


Responsibilities

• You will analyze data, enter orders, maintain inventory, review shortages, and comply reports.
• You will be responsible to maintain EDI retail account information.
• Attention to detail with maintaining price information in Navision
• Update and maintain contract information for all retail accounts.
• Work with operations to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
• Communicate with Operations regarding incoming containers, review Track & Trace on a regular basis to monitor drop shipments.
• Processing of rebate program.
• Assist with investigations related to deductions received from customers.
• Generate and distribute weekly/monthly reports for various retail chains.
• Draft general correspondence as required.
• Provide assistance in various projects as required and other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills

• To perform this job successfully, you must be able to work in a fast paced demanding environment.
• Excellent Data Entry skills, must have strong excel skills.
• Must have excellent solid math skills and be able to calculate kilo’s, pounds etc.
• You must have strong communication and strong customer relations skills and be professional.
• Excellent organizational and administration skills, including knowledge of purchasing, production control, inventory control, billing and receivables would be an asset.
• You need to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Organized, flexible with excellent business skills and good solid judgment.
• Consistent production of high quality work, correspondence.
• Strong team player that works within a busy sales department
