Your Opportunity

BDO Canada is looking for a Co-op/Intern RPA Developer â¯to become a part of our Canadian team. For the summer term May to August 2025. As a key contributor, you will be part of delivery teams building robotic process automation solutions for clients across multiple challenging domains. The ideal candidate is comfortable showing technical leadership and helping deliver quality with their teams. To be successful, you will:
Deliver project results through high-quality service and repeatable business solutions

Understand, diagnose, and recommend solutions for specific functional and technical challenges

Communicate with clients to understand their unique business challenges and find ways to streamline their processes through automating day to day tasks using RPA and Power Automate.

Design, code, and test automation workflows using Ui Path

Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches, to improve work processes

Make changes as required, maintain and support RPA bots after development for stability and future growth.

Your experience and education
Experience in building RPA solutions using Ui Path technology stack

Experience in C#, Visual Basic

Experience in MS Dynamics is nice to have

Experience in Power Automate is nice to have

Show ability to mentor and teach newer developers

Experience in financial services is an asset
