We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Adoption Consultant to join our team. As an Adoption Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients fully adopt and utilize our ticketing software to its fullest capabilities. You will be the assigned product expert for onboarding clients, guiding them through onboarding, providing comprehensive training, and ensuring they are prepared to succeed on Audience View. Post go-live, throughout the client journey, you will be responsible for continuous training and engagement through developing articles and videos, hosting webinars, and creating opportunities to promote the product’s full potential. Your mission is to ensure clients experience high value from our product, leading to their long-term success and satisfaction.
What you'll do:

Onboarding and Training:
- Act as a subject matter expert on Audience View Unlimited by maintaining a thorough knowledge of its functionality and best practices.
- Guide new clients through the setup process, ensuring a seamless and successful start.
- Schedule regular calls with clients to check their progress and ensure onboarding deadlines are met.
- Provide comprehensive training sessions for clients, covering all features and functionalities of the software.
- Attend client on-site training and consulting sessions as required.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and other assigned resources to deliver projects within agreed timelines and budget.
- Facilitate and promote excellent teamwork through clear, concise, accurate, and open communication across all communication channels.

Product Adoption:
- Ensure clients fully adopt and utilize all features of the product to achieve their business goals.
- Translate client questions and problems into solutions using the software’s feature set.
- Identify opportunities and challenges for clients and propose best practices for optimizing their business processes using the software.
- Conduct consulting sessions for clients using new features and looking for the best approach to meet their specific business needs.
- Conduct regular check-ins and review sessions to ensure clients are leveraging the product effectively.
- Collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders to provide expertise in assessment, analysis, evaluation of alternative solutions, and resolution of issues within the product.

Resource Development:
- Participate in the creation of content and articles to facilitate training for new and existing clients.
- Develop and update training materials, guides, and tutorials to support client education and product adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training resources are up-to-date and aligned with product updates.
- Work closely with the support team to ensure talking points with clients are consistent, and resource development is in line with client needs.
- Travel: up to 25%
- Experience working in a client-facing support or services team at a Saa S company.
- Proven ability to understand client issues and questions, find appropriate solutions, and explain those solutions effectively.
- Experience in training or demonstrating software features and functionality to clients.
- Enthusiasm for working with clients to solve problems and help them achieve desired business outcomes.
- Critical thinking skills to understand a problem and determine the steps needed to achieve results.
- Ability to multitask and manage dynamically changing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of Mac and/or Windows operating systems and internet applications.
- Knowledge of or experience in the ticketing and live events industries is an asset.
- Experience with our ticketing software or other ticketing systems is an asset.

How we hire - here's a brief overview of our recruitment process:
- Screening & Resume Review: Our Talent Acquisition team will evaluate all resumes and select candidates for a video screening call for 30 minutes.
- Hiring Manager Interview (45-60 minutes): Meet with the hiring manager to speak in detail about your relevant experience and learn more about the role.
- Team Interview (60 minutes): Meet more team members to learn more about the work culture and the expectations.
- Final Interview (30 minutes): Meet with the Sr Director for a final conversation about the role.
