Accounts Administrator – Vancouver Office
Ventum Financial Corp. is an independent, full-service investment dealer with offices across Canada. We are looking for an energetic individual with excellent “attention-to-detail”. Reporting to the Team Lead, the candidate will work as part of a team to input account coding into the Dataphile system. The position requires someone with strong computer skills who can quickly learn the role and work effectively with minimal data entry errors. This is not just a data entry job. The role requires learning and understanding the different steps required, and ensuring each step is properly completed. Previous experience in the brokerage industry or with Dataphile software is preferred, but not essential.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Provide administrative support to Investment Advisors
• Respond to e-mail requests in a timely manner
• Updating client account data accordingly
• Continuous development to increase skills and knowledge

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail ensuring work is performed accurately
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to take on new tasks and responsibilities as given
• Experience with data entry and/or administrative duties an asset
• Experience with Dataphile an asset

This is an in-office role with the possibility of a hybrid work-from-home set up.
The starting salary for this role is between $48,000 - $52,000.
