We are looking for a highly talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team within the marketing department. As an essential part of the team, the selected candidate will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality designs that effectively convey our message in diverse international markets. Additionally, they will contribute to CRO efforts by optimizing conversion across our platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand CRO objectives and strategies;

Develop innovative and impactful designs for digital marketing campaigns, as well as contribute to printed materials, presentations, and event designs;

Ensure brand visual consistency across all channels and platforms, taking into account the cultural specifics of different regions while following branding guidelines and directions;
-
Create visual elements that enhance the user experience across various online channels;
-
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of projects;
-
Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies relevant to the cybersecurity sector, including knowledge of AI tools like Chat GPT.
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry;

Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional skills in visual design, typography, and layout;

Deep knowledge of graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite;
-
Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and results-oriented environment;
-
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively;
-
Advanced or fluent English.
Nice to Have:
-
Courses by Marcelo Kimura and/or Lucas Rosa (It will be a great plus)
-
Previous experience in international companies or in internationalization processes.

Knowledge of User-Centered Design (UCD).
-
Familiarity with prototyping tools, such as XD or Figma.

Proven experience in creating creatives for ad campaigns (Ads).
-
Relevant certifications in graphic design or related fields.
-
Strong UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) design knowledge.
-
Knowledge of AI tools like Chat GPT.
