Marketing Community Manager Brazil

We are looking for a Community manager focused on Content Marketing approach to develop and execute excellent communication with our clients via SMM channels.

Requirements:

2 years of social media management experience.
Solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms.
Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful effective storytelling techniques.
Strong creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
Strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to internal team.
Online community management and customer service skills to strike the balance between publicity and stimulating direct discussion with potential and actual customers.
An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately.
PORTFOLIO of existing social media projects as must.

What you will do:

Actively engage with our Linked In and Instagram communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Also, interact on influencer and external profiles to boost our brand image. Handle negative comments calmly and effectively.
Setting a detailed task for content production or creating content independently (based on desire and capabilities).
Creating diverse content in various formats (photos, images, video, stories, reels), based on the client's profile, information from research, and the stories of our students.
Creating content with announcements of our events and special offers.
Analysing the channel's effectiveness, maintaining regular reporting, and working on the development of the SMM channel.
