We are looking for a Customer Service Junior /Pleno professional to provide outstanding support and ensure a seamless experience for our customers. This role will involve resolving customer inquiries, assisting with product or service-related issues, and contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clients. You will be an essential part of our customer support team, helping to maintain long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.), providing accurate and timely information.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or concerns effectively, ensuring high satisfaction.
Document and track customer interactions, maintaining detailed records of issues and resolutions.
Collaborate with different departments to resolve more complex issues or escalate when necessary.
Stay informed about new products, services, and updates to provide accurate support.
Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and product offerings.
Ensure positive customer experiences by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.

High school diploma required (higher education is a plus).
Experience in customer service or related roles (Junior: 0-2 years; Mid-Level: 2-4 years).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Familiarity with customer service software (CRM) or tools is a plus.

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Hybrid model: 3 days per week onsite in Campinas, Brazil.
