Brazil - Data Enrichment Specialist

We are looking for a meticulous and resourceful Data Enrichment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for researching, validating, and updating data to ensure it is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to enrich datasets and improve the quality of information used across the company.

- Research and collect missing information to enhance existing datasets.
- Verify the accuracy of data through various tools, platforms, and sources.
- Clean, standardize, and organize data to ensure consistency across systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Use data tools and software to improve efficiency and automate enrichment processes where applicable.
- Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data promptly.
- Maintain detailed documentation of enrichment processes and methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices related to data quality and enrichment.
Experience:
- 1-3 years in a data-related role (e.g., data entry, research, or quality assurance).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data management software; experience with CRM or database systems is a plus.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve data-related issues effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience).
- Experience with data enrichment tools, APIs, or web scraping technologies.
- Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
