Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of deck equipment.
• Lead and supervise the deck crew in daily activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols onboard at all times.
• Monitor deck cargo operations and handle mooring operations efficiently.

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certification and relevant maritime qualifications.
• Proven experience as a Bosun, preferably on PSV vessels.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Good command of the English language.
