Responsabilidades e atribuições
Main responsibilities:

• 
  Registration and Management of New Products: Responsible for registering and maintaining data on new products in the ERP system (SAP), ensuring that all information is correct and aligned with the Engineering technical specifications and the company's internal standards.
• Collaboration with Engineering: Work with the Engineering team to validate technical specifications, industrialization processes and production requirements for new products, ensuring technical and production feasibility.
• Monitoring NPI Processes: Manage the complete cycle of introducing new products (from concept to production), coordinating the testing, validation and necessary adjustment stages in partnership with Engineering, Purchasing and Production.
• Import and NCM: Responsible for managing import processes, including tax classification (NCM), and checking customs documents, ensuring that all tax and regulatory requirements are met.
• Integration with MES: Manage the integration of new product data into the MES (Manufacturing Execution System), ensuring that all production information is correctly recorded, monitored and tracked.
• Management of Technical Data and Documentation: Update and maintain technical documentation, operations manuals and other records required for the launch and maintenance of new products.
• Process Improvement: Participate in review meetings and continuous improvement of NPI processes, proposing and implementing solutions to optimize launch time and the efficiency of the new product development process.

Requisitos e qualificações

• Previous experience with new product introduction (NPI), preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP and MES systems.
• Experience with imports, including tax classification (NCM) and customs processes.
• Interaction with Engineering to ensure the technical feasibility of new products and alignment with production requirements.
• Knowledge of the industrialization and manufacturing processes of new products.
• Skills in technical data management, process documentation and information control.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact with different areas (Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Logistics, etc.).
• Higher education in Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical, Physical or Computer Engineering.
• Advanced English
• Knowledge in the Encapsulation and Testing process of semiconductors (Memory), organization and planning of installation projects for new products (semiconductors).

De segunda à sexta das 06:50hs às 16:38hs com 1h de intervalo.
