Job Summary

For our HR team in Eschborn we are looking for a passionate working student to support the team of 3 HR experts on all aspects of the human resources department

4 – 8 hours per week in the office in Eschborn, starting as soon as possible

You will be responsible for providing and maintaining an effective and efficient HR service to the organisation, the employee lifecycle and will be key to ensuring that our associates are supported and valued.

You will support the HR team members in various HR processes like on- & off-boarding, mobility and employee relations and you will ensure data quality in the HR systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Creating Reference letters and documents
• Filing, scanning and uploading of HR related documents
• Involvement in the local projects, e.g. movement to new office
• Organize preventive examinations
• Organize Medical Device Consultant training
• Participation on EMEA wide HR projects

Profile Description

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally with a focus on HR or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT tools.
• Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written).
