Senior Corporate Counsel (m/f/d)

Location: Oudsbergen, Belgium

In this role, you will report to the EMEA Head of Corporate Legal.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage all EMEA entities / keep corporate legal house in order
• Ensure that all legal vehicles are in good standing from a corporate law point of view
• Draft, review and execute all types of documents to be issued by Corporate bodies
• Implementation of Bo D changes
• Maintain local company information registrations
• Maintain a strong relationship with Yazaki Corporation in Japan
• Support with AML / UBO processes
• Support business with board meetings and shareholders meetings
• Support with Financial Statement legal approvals and process
• Give corporate advice on daily basis
• Entity optimization and restructuring endeavors

Your profile:

• University Law degree
• Belgian (Corporate) Law knowledge imperative
• Minimum 4 years of experience in law firm and/or corporate legal department
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Business fluent in English language and Dutch language
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; ability to learn quickly
• Professionalism, integrity, good judgment, and respect for confidentiality
• Striving for continuous improvement and innovation
