As a high-traffic establishment known for our delicious dishes and exceptional service, we are seeking a talented and motivated Sous-Chef to join our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of food quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Help manage inventory and food supplies to minimize waste and control costs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous-Chef or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Belgian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage a team effectively.
- Passion for food and a commitment to quality.

Pay: €16,00 - €20,00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 50 per week
