Tasks
Sales Support:
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Sales & Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. Working closely with the sales team, you will play a key role in providing high-quality administrative and organizational support. Your contribution will help streamline and optimize the company's sales and administrative activities.
Tasks
Sales Support:
- Manage customer and prospect contacts (emails, calls, scheduling appointments).
- Update the customer and prospect database (CRM).
- Track sales offers and follow up with clients alongside the sales team.
- Assist in preparing sales offers and contracts.
- Manage company mail and communications.
- Handle invoices and liaise with the accounting department.
- Maintain a high-quality customer and prospect database, ensuring data accuracy.
- Analyze and correct database errors in collaboration with the technical and sales departments.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Sales & Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. Working closely with the sales team, you will play a key role in providing high-quality administrative and organizational support. Your contribution will help streamline and optimize the company's sales and administrative activities.
- Native Dutch speaker, with good command of both English and French.
- Must be living in Belgium or The Netherlands.
- Minimum of a 2-year degree in administration, management, business, or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role (sales or administrative).
- Comfortable with data management or eager to learn.
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong customer service skills and ease in interpersonal relations.
- Proactive, meticulous, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
