What’s in it for you?

• Conduct in-depth economic and market analysis to inform real estate decisions
• Utilize GIS spatial data analysis to support project outcomes and client needs
• Prepare comprehensive property market reports for investors, developers, and occupiers

• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and client proposals

Let’s talk about you

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, urban planning, geography, or a related field
• You are proficient with GIS software and spatial data analysis techniques is a plus (but can be learned on the job)
• You have strong analytical and quantitative skills with a passion for real estate and urban economics
• You have an excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You have an ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• You are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
