Operational Security Engineer
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Hybrid: (50% remote)
Role Overview
as an Operational Security Engineer, where you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's security infrastructure. This position involves participation in security projects, implementing and testing new security features, and developing automated solutions to address vulnerabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage certificates, TLS settings, and antivirus solutions.
- Implement patches and hardening measures.
- Maintain and monitor SIEM systems and Cyber Ark infrastructure.
- Automate security configurations and controls.
Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge and long experience working professionally with:

- Windows Server 2022
- Ansible
- Bash
- Python
- Power Shell
- Keycloak
- Netscaler
- Cyber Ark
- Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Linux RHEL 8.
- French and/or Dutch (B2 minimum)
- Experience in a multicultural environment and strong troubleshooting skills.
