As the Learning & Development Manager, you’ll take the helm of all learning and development initiatives at Luminus. This strategic leadership role is your opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge learning strategies while overseeing transformative projects that fuel both individual and organisational growth.

As the Learning & Development Manager, you’ll take the helm of all learning and development initiatives at Luminus. This strategic leadership role is your opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge learning strategies while overseeing transformative projects that fuel both individual and organisational growth.
Your Daily Job
- You shape the future of learning and development (L&D) by developing and implementing a strategic L&D plan aligned with business objectives.
- You lead and coordinate large-scale L&D projects, including managing budgets, planning and execution with precision.
- You empower your team, managing and supporting them to achieve high performance and continuous professional growth.
- You collaborate closely with senior leaders and other stakeholders identifying and addressing learning needs across the organization.
- You introduce innovative learning solutions and technologies that improve the effectiveness of learning programs.
- You measure success, monitoring the impact of the learning programmes and sharing insights with senior management.
- You support change initiatives through targeted learning and development programs.
Your Profile
- You bring a Master's degree in Human Resources, Education Science, Business Administration or a related field.
- You have at least 10 years of experience in L&D and project management, including a +5 years in a leadership role within the energy sector or similar industry.
- You have expertise in tools like : Successfactors, MS office and adaptive learning.
- You put the customer first, ensuring their needs drive your actions and solutions.
- You lead with impact, motivating and inspiring others while managing change with confidence.
- You keep a helicopter view, balancing the big picture with attention to detail.
- You communicate effortlessly, delivering your ideas with clarity and precision, both in writing and speaking.
- You’re a natural team player and networker, building connections and thriving in collaboration.
- You adapt with ease, staying flexible and ready to respond to shifting priorities.
- You make decisions with confidence, taking ownership and driving results.
- You act with purpose, bringing a proactive mindset to every challenge.
- You unleash your creativity, crafting innovative solutions that leave a lasting impact.
