Reporting to the CE Butchers Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of the marketing digital strategy in collaboration with the brand managers in the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Germany
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :
- Development, launch, optimization of website developed for Butchers Business : Jaeger, Rejo, Hagesud, Degens, Marinades pour cuisiner etc.
- Participate to the definition of buyer personas for each website/brand.
- Define the e-commerce strategy for the company and contribute to the overall revenue growth and performance of the website.
- Oversee the performance of e-commerce sites by optimizing the customer journey, content, and product selection.
- With Brand managers, identify business opportunities, ROI levers and target segments.
- Participate in the creation of web assets (pages, content, videos, banners, product demonstrations).
- Manage external partners on UX/UI aspects: creation of e-commerce sites, new features/functionalities, user journey improvements, web accessibility.
- Manage internal providers (IT, marketing, quality, article creation, technical sheets) to ensure product data consistency on websites.
- Define processes and ensure their implementation by internal stakeholders: SAF/ERP/Data warehouse/PIM processes, ERP/Webshop processes.
- Monitor online sales, customer service, and stocks (to be discussed).
- Manage brand catalogues on the PIM (Akeneo) and harmonize product catalogs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to improve traffic quality (activation of various web marketing levers to achieve goals: SEO, SEM, social media, emailings, etc.).
- Define and regularly monitor site performance indicators using tools such as Google Analytics (KPI) then implement reporting.
- Manage planning and budgets.
- Conduct competitive analysis of new trends and technologies to improve the websites and tools.
- Define a digital communication for the 4 brands in collaboration with brand managers.
- Choose the most relevant channel of communication for each country : social medias, newsletters, ads, SMS,…
- Study the external environment : competition, brand, digital channels and preferred communication tools.
- Definition of a content strategy for each brand and annual editorial planning for Rejo, Degens, Hagesud and Jaeger : content type recommendations
- Management of digital campaigns with lead generation objectives (SEO, SEA, Linked In Ads, Media, etc.) and conversion tracking
SKILLS, CAPABILITIES, REQUIREMENTS & KNOWLEDGE
- Graduated from an engineering school, business school or Master II Marketing, you have experience as a confirmed digital marketing manager.
- At least 3 to 5 years' experience, ideally in the agri-food sector (or equivalent), particularly in website conception, e-commerce.
- Leadership skills with a proven record as a strategic thinker and equally the ability to execute with excellence
- Strong skills in project management : deadline management, rigorous
- Solid business acumen, strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work at pace with a constant willingness to learn
- Proven track record in generating growth through creative thinking,
- A strong drive for results, proactive & curious attitude, and performance tracking (Analytical skills and ability to build KPIs)
- Passionate & driven person
- Humble, open-minded, good listener and great communicator
- Be a driving force, charismatic and influential, know how to sell ideas and win support for them
- Creative, able to think out of the box
- Able to identify a situation and decide
- Strong initiative and team spirit
- Committed and involved
- Appetence for craftsmanship
- Fluency in English is imperative.
- Travel: occasional in France and Europe
