In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the commercial team, clients, suppliers, vessel captains (both onboard and offboard), and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.

• Configuring and starting up control systems and related electrical installations; evaluating and analyzing current systems to align them with client specifications.
• Addressing and resolving technical challenges during inspections and testing of systems to ensure they meet required standards.
• Communicating promptly and effectively with clients, internal teams, and inspection authorities as needed during system commissioning.
• Enhancing the quality and reliability of installations and delivering fully operational systems that meet client requirements.
• Managing technical data, drawings, inspection plans, test protocols, specifications, and contractual details responsibly.
• Documenting revisions and maintaining accurate records for both internal and external stakeholders.

What we expect from you

• A technical diploma or equivalent, with additional training in marine engineering, or electrical or mechanical systems.
• Willingness to travel and work at various project sites, including offshore locations in the Netherlands.
• Strong awareness of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
• Solid technical knowledge of vessel systems, including remote operation technologies, hydraulic and mechanical systems, and electrical components.
• Proficiency in reading technical schematics, drawings, and manuals for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• A valid driver’s license and fluency in English.
