The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:
As a Bioprocess Applications Engineer (m/f/*) for our French-speaking customers in France, Belgium and Switzerland, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Working with our existing clients in the Biopharma industry and develop new accounts in partnership with our bioprocessing applications specialists and regional sales
  
• Providing product application engineering support (remote and on-site incl. spec-in trials & large-scale trails at customer site) for our biopharmaceutical purification portfolio
  

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a Science or Engineering discipline
  
• Fluent in French and English
  
• Experience in on-site and remote support to biopharmaceutical companies for filter selection and sizing, process optimization, troubleshooting, and scale-up (lab scale and in GMP environment)
  
• Experience evaluating filtration steps to optimize key process parameters with a distinct focus on process economics modeling
  
• Experienced in analytic methods to characterize process fluids such as HPLC, ÄKTA , ELISA, PCR and DLS
  

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• MSc in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Bioengineering, or related discipline from an accredited institution
  
• Working knowledge of advanced modality processing such as gene and cell therapy
  
• Working knowledge of protein purification processes
  

Work location:
Remote in France, Belgium or Switzerland

Travel: May include 15% domestic and international travel to customer sites within Mid-West Europe (mainly France, Switzerland and Belgium).

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
