Backoffice Sales Administrator (m/f/d)

To support our customers, streamline our operations, and strengthen our back-office sales processes, all while contributing to our mission of reshaping the industry, we are looking for YOU,
a full-time (40hrs) Backoffice Sales Administrator (m/f/d) for our office in Huizingen, Belgium, with immediate effect.

Your tasks with us:
  • Customer Interface:
    Act as the primary contact for customers, coordinating communication between them and the EP organization.
  • Order Processing & Procurement:
    Manage customer orders and vehicle procurement, ensuring accurate and timely execution in the ERP system.
  • Dealer Network Coordination:
    Support the dealer network across Europe with a focus on Italy, assisting with dealer onboarding and acquisition.
  • Transport & Delivery Coordination:
    Plan and oversee truck deliveries in collaboration with logistics providers and internal teams.
  • Proactive Customer Support:
    Provide proactive customer communication, sharing updates on sales measures and promotions.
  • Sales Team Support:
    Assist the Sales Managers by preparing materials and handling ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Sales Support Experience: Previous experience in order processing, sales support, or customer service, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems; knowledge of Hub Spot is a plus.
  • Logistics Knowledge: Experience in transport and logistics coordination is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Strong Communication Skills: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Organizational Strength: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask while staying efficient in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Attention to Detail: A structured approach with an eye for the small but important details.
  • Phone Confidence: Comfortable communicating over the phone and managing customer relationships across regions.
  • Language Skills: Fluent French skills and conversational English and Dutch skills are a must; additional language proficiency is a valuable plus.
