An exciting fintech startup in Bahrain, serving the GCC market, is seeking a talented Full-Stack Development Manager to design and develop seamless end-to-end features across our platform. This role involves leading the development of both frontend and backend components to create a high-quality, secure, and efficient user experience.
Key Responsibilities
● Frontend Development: Implement responsive user interfaces using React/Next.js, focusing on excellent user experience and visual appeal.
● Backend Development: Build robust backend services and APIs, leveraging Node.js/Python to power seamless application functionality.
● Database Management: Design and maintain efficient database schemas to support platform scalability and performance.
● Payment Integration: Integrate payment gateways and ensure compatibility with POS systems.
● Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and best practices to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance.
● Real-Time Features: Develop real-time features for dynamic functionality, including order tracking.
● QR Code Functionality: Implement QR code solutions to streamline user interactions.
● Performance Optimization: Enhance application performance and ensure smooth operation under high loads.
● Testing and Code Review: Write automated tests and participate in code reviews to uphold code quality and reliability.
● Technical Documentation: Produce clear and thorough documentation to support team knowledge-sharing and future development. Required Skills
● Full-Stack Development Experience: 4+ years of experience in full-stack development, ideally within the fintech or payments domain.
